Elysium Vineyard & Cottage

Horrible experience.
i would never recommend staying at this cottage as my family and i had a terrible experience staying here.
Firstly bringing our dog to stay EACH DAY COSTED $10! (Which is a total rip off!)
* BROKEN DOORS IN BATHROOM (Not allowing it to close, and almost falling on one of our young 3 year olds)
* NO safety gates around pool (Making it extremely dangerous for the young children)
* DOORS Automatically locking in rooms (Causing us to accidentally lock one of the main rooms, needing to call up the owner not knowing there was a entrance above the door, SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HER OWN HOUSE)
*FALSE ADVERTISING (Owner explained the outdoor cabin having a bathroom WHICH IT DIDN'T, leaving people staying in the cabin having to walk all the way to the house that had a bathroom attached to it.
*RUDE OWNER (Firstly the owner offered a complimentary night as we booked the cottage, then on the last day the owner called up making A FALSE COMPLAINT OF SWEARING MADE "APPARENTLY BY THE NEIGHBOUR" but when we approached the neighbour they had not made the complaint and didn't have an issue.
*KICKING US OUT ON COMPLIMENTARY DAY/NIGHT owner said due to apparent swearing we had to leave as soon as possible because there is somebody now booked to stay (AS THIS WAS OUR COMPLIMENTARY DAY)
*WAYYYY TO OVER PRICED!
THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE VINEYARD!
NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!

Run down cottage about 4 metres from a road, and with barking dogs next door. The place is dirty and not been repaired in ages, with roof leaks, dirty mattresses and cluttered spaces filled with frayed and smelly furniture. Water tank produces off-smelling water. Total rip off and no way it can hold 14 people as claimed. Small kitchen and dining room that can hold 6-7 people at the most. Owner is a pain to deal with.
